Your Donation Process

Here's how Wholesale Donations work

When you place your order on our website, indicate in the "notes" section your local hospital or hospital of choice that you would like to receive a donation in your stores name. We will automatically ship these donations quarterly.

If you would personally like to make a donation to your local hospital, here are the steps to do so:

  1. Prior to placing your order, reach out to the Child Life Specialist and/or Volunteer Department of your hospital requesting approval of the donation (please note each hospital has different rules and regulations when it comes to visitors and donations)
  2. Once the donation date is set and your order is complete, email admin@headbandsofhope.com with your order number. She'll make sure to ship a donation with your placed order.
